libgamin0 software package provides Client library for the gamin file and directory monitoring system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgamin0
libgamin0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgamin0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgamin0 *
You will get with libgamin0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
